Maintaining inner peace and tranquility through a daily spiritual practice reduces stress, builds resilience and sharpens your focus.

Exercising your mind is as important as exercising your body. Adding activities that support mental agility to your daily routine not only boosts your memory, but can also protect against aging, certain types of dementia, and improve the quality of life in your mature years.

Relationships

The quality of our relationships affects our mental, emotional and physical health. People in healthy long-term relationships are 50% less likely to die prematurely than people without them. In terms of life expectancy, living without these relationships is as unhealthy as smoking!

Bite-Sized and Digestible

It takes a minimum of 21 days to form a new habit so all programmes run for a minimum of 30 days. Keeping each practice short ensures minimal effort is required to complete all 30 days and helps you build momentum.

The objective of each programme is to help you adopt a new habit that will have a positive impact on your life. Through regular assessments we are able to measure your progress and help maintain your motivation

Managers are well acquainted with S.M.A.R.T. goals, but they can also be applied to your personal life. When planning a project or new habit, it makes all the difference if the goals and the plan for attaining them are well defined. We make sure each goal meets the following 5 criteria: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely.

Each of our habit-building programs is SPECIFIC to a health goal. Assessments are performed at the start of the program and after each practice which helps you to MEASURE the impact of the program. All required resources including time, money or special equipment is known at the onset which makes each program ACHIEVABLE. Programmes are broken into bite-sized chunks and suitable for beginners, and are therefore REALISTIC. Finally the programmes meet the TIMELY criteria by scheduled them over a specific number of days
